Guess what? Every person on this planet (and maybe beyond!) wants to be happy. That’s right, everyone. You are connected to every person by this wish for happiness.
Learning to hold this thought is a powerful way to connect at the heart level. By doing this, you create space for kindness, understanding and better relationships – individually and globally. You plant seeds for more peace, joy and happiness.
Cultivating a wish for happiness creates “global warming for the good” – because it comes from your heart.
Small Steps
Remember when you first learned to ride a bike? There was excitement, anxiety and maybe even a bit of fear about the whole process. Yet, you started small. You practiced. Maybe with training wheels, maybe with a trusted adult. You learned to hold your seat, find your balance and figured out how the brakes and handlebars worked.
Step, by step, the act of riding a bike came into focus. One day, all those small steps came together. And there you were: effortlessly riding your bike. Free, flowing, with the wind.
